New seven-story building for the NYC Department of Homeless Services. The structure is framed in structural steel with precast hollow-core plank floor systems. The building is sited directly adjacent to a vehicular bridge and Metro North railway. Jeffrey Beane was an engineer for all phases of design and construction.*
