Saint Patrick’s Cathedral

Comprehensive preservation and restoration of the Cathedral, which encompassed work on the exterior and interior as well as on its stained-glass windows. It also included restorative work on the entire Cathedral campus, including significant below-grade alterations related to geothermal well and equipment installation. 

Preservation and restoration of the Lady Chapel included repair of the stained-glass windows and rooftop, copper clad spire. The project team also designed a glass enclosure wall for the Lady Chapel and Fifth Avenue bronze doors. 

Subsequent work involved a comprehensive interior and exterior restoration and renovation of the Rectory to make the building a modern residence. 

Jeffrey Beane was one of two project managers and the lead engineer for all phases of design and construction from 2013-2016.*
